To “Just Be” can be is essential in our lives. Life is busy, thoughts race, and we wear many hats 🧢!
Take a moment each day (or multiple times each day!)
Close your eyes…
Take a deep inhale through your nose… slowly….
Hold it for a moment….
And ever so slowly exhale through puckered lips.
Softly….
Now repeat 3X
Feel that silence…. Feel the peace… Truly embrace the stillness.
(Using this practice reduces stress, gives us peace, allows us to navigate through life with calmness and clarity! Give it a try, not just for me, but for yourself and those you share your energy with.)
