Enjoy the Ride

Life can sometimes seem like a rollercoaster ride 🎢 Just know nothing lasts forever, so don’t hang onto things forever! Lately, I’ve had a lot of people come to me with “worry” ~ relax 🥰 worrying is a waste of your energy, time, and peace. It solves nothing, it only harms you. When you find yourself overwhelmed or worried take a few moments and find something to be thankful for, take a 3 minute breath break (just inhale relaxation and excel your stresses), speak 5 sentences of positive blessings into the situation, tap the thymus and gently rub (saying all is well, safe, and All things are happening according to the Divines perfect plan), go outside and look at the trees, stretch your physical body, close your eyes and visualize yourself being in your happy place 👈 These are just a few suggestions 🤗

What do you do to destress and drop the worry?

Some of the strangest things might calm you. Reorganizing a room, cleaning a small drawer, crafting, repotting a plant, coloring, laying on the floor with your puppy for snuggles, listening to music that you'd nornally never pick, painting your toenails, dancing like no one is watching, driving in the country with windows down in silence, cooking a new recipe, who knows what your "thing" is until you try it and FEEL it. Maybe try NEW classes with Tammy, that you wouldn't normally pick or take the same one again. Each class has SO many elements to it that everyone takes away something different and if you're taking the class again, you'll take away something new because you're in a new space in LIFE from the last time. I've heard many times "Find your Joy". Sometimes that is hard to find until you step out of your comfort zone and try new things.

As I was reading this post, all I kept thinking about was how many times I had made myself sick worrying about something, and when it finally happened, it wasn't bad at all! Or the things I was worried about didn't even come into play. That would frustrate me more and has taught me to try my best to let LIFE flow. What needs to happen will be, and somehow, it will have a blessing hidden in there. Trust the process and put love on it. As I look back through my hardships, I am thankful because they have made me the person I am today. By NO means am I perfect, I do struggle with past trauma and work…
